Interested in donating to support hospice care in communities across Alaska, Montana, Washington and Wyoming?
Frontier Home Health and Hospice works directly with Friends of Hospice.
Friends of Hospice, a 501 (c)(3) non-profit foundation, was founded to ensure support and financial assistance to terminally ill patients and their families. Friends of Hospice can lend a helping hand to those patients and/or family members who may not have the financial resources to pay for basic needs such as food and utilities, or for medications, supplies and equipment to those who are not covered by Medicare, Medicaid, or other insurance hospice plans.
In addition, the foundation provides support for last wishes, such as transportation to families together and community activities, end-of-life care education, bereavement services, etc.
Through this foundation, patients have peace of mind so that they can focus on experiencing the final stages of life with dignity, free of pain, and within the comforting surroundings of home, family, and friends – no matter the patient’s financial status.
The foundation relies on contributions to meet Friends of Hospice’s mission. All donations and in-kind gifts are tax deductible under section 501 (c)(3) of the IRS Code and help support hospice care for those who otherwise cannot pay for this beneficial service.
Thank you for considering a donation to hospice services!
