Our specially trained Bereavement Counselor is available for you, your family and our community to navigate through the bereavement and grief. Any family member, partner, friend or caregiver may ask for hospice bereavement services.  All services are free of charge.

We offer a variety of community based bereavement services including:

INDIVIDUAL PROFESSIONAL GRIEF COUNSELING

COMMUNITY BEREAVEMENT SUPPORT GROUP

Meetings are open to the public and free of charge.
Tuesdays from 1:00-2:00pm in Lander
Thursdays from  1:00-2:00pm in Riverton

Frontier Home Health and Hospice, in partnership with non-profit Fremont In-Home Services, will utilize the full continuum of Frontier’s programs to focus on assisting our friends and neighbors as they transition through different stages of medical need, acuity and treatment, specifically assisting those who do not meet traditional criteria for home health and hospice.

The grant-based services include Wyoming Home Services Program, National Family Caregiver Support program and Long Term Care Waiver.
